THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated
Sales Representative - Interventional Cardiology
to join a global medical device leader, supporting customers across Queensland.
In this role, you will support clinicians, drive the adoption and growth of innovative Interventional Therapy – Cardiology solutions, and contribute to improved patient outcomes. Reporting to the Business Development Manager – Interventional Therapy, you will work closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand clinical needs, present tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.
You will collaborate with fellow Sales Specialists, Clinical Educators, and the Marketing team to ensure effective product training, smooth implementation, and successful territory growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans
* Identify customer needs, generate leads, and present product information
* Attend cases and provide critical technical support during procedures
* Facilitate product trials, evaluations, and deliver in-service training
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
* Audit and manage consignment stock within hospitals across your territory
ABOUT YOU:
* 2 or more years' experience in a similar medical device sales or specialist role
* Experience working within Cardiac Catheter Laboratories,
IR Suite, and Operating Theatre
* Strong track record of sales achievement within complex hospital sales cycles
* Ability to deliver long-term, customer-focused solutions
* Resilient, results-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
* Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
