About Your New Role
You will be a key member of the Technology team, taking ownership of the lifecycle management of Digital Applications and playing an active role in shaping and delivering solutions that align with business goals.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the transformation of customer journeys, particularly through Pega implementation.
2. Developing and maintaining the strategy and roadmap for PEGA Digital Applications.
3. LEADING the design and implementation of system upgrades, refreshes, and integrations.
4. Maintaining accurate system documentation, change requests, and user guides.
5. Providing technical expertise and training for digital applications.
6. Leading lifecycle planning for digital services across the wider business.
7. Overseeing performance, risk management reporting, and vendor SLA adherence on a regular basis.
About You:
* Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* ITIL framework certifications.
* Experience in a similar role.
