Detailing and Operations Role
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused and fast-learning individual to join our Operations team at our branch in Dubbo. This permanent full-time position offers a secure working environment with a Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for detailing the exterior and interior of vehicles to ensure they are highly presentable. This includes safely removing number plates and registration stickers, taking photographs of items, uploading them onto our auction system, providing general assistance and delivering excellent customer service to vendors and buyers. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the loading of trucks of sold assets efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
* Detailing vehicles to maintain high presentation standards
* Safely remove and dispose of number plates and registration stickers
* Take photographs of items and upload them to our auction system
* Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers
* Assist with loading trucks of sold assets
