Job Title: Operational Team Lead
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and technical oversight to the site service team, while also contributing to business development activities in collaboration with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the site service team throughout each shutdown cycle.
* Evaluate manpower and resource levels to optimize team performance.
* Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and generate ongoing revenue streams.
* Manage regular maintenance and calibration programs for equipment and tools.
* Mentor site personnel to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
* Effectively communicate with stakeholders to maintain shutdown currency and relationships.
Requirements:
* A trade qualification in mechanical fitting or boilermaking.
* Minimum 5 years of specific crushing experience.
* At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or project manager in a service environment.
* Ability to travel to customer sites.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Intermediate computer literacy skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols.
