The Workshop Supervisor oversees and leads a team of skilled personnel in fabrication, mechanical, and tiling workshops. Key responsibilities include meeting client quality requirements, developing a skilled team, providing accurate quotations, ensuring safety and compliance, and producing manufacturer's reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* A relevant trade qualification, such as Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Fitter/BMW/Fabrication Trade
* Experience in supervising workshop operations
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changes in job priorities
* National Police Clearance
* Capacity to ensure high-quality work is completed safely, on time, and efficiently
