Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will connect businesses in need of talent with job seekers. Your responsibilities include:
* Actively pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
* Understanding recruitment needs and providing strategic advice for the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Staying ahead of market trends and becoming an industry expert.
* Attracting top talent through effective engagement strategies.
* Guiding clients and candidates through interviews and offers for a seamless experience.
* Collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve results.
We are especially interested in applicants focusing on Procurement & Supply Chain, and Specialist Engineering, but open to great candidates in other areas.
The Successful Applicant
* Experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven B2B track record.
* Career changers interested in recruitment, especially with experience in Procurement, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
* Sales professionals with at least 12 months of experience and transferable skills.
