Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities and EPC's.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
* Analyse market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long‐term partnerships.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
* Travel requirement across Australia.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Business Development Manager should have:
* Proven experience in business development within the power transformers or energy sectors.
* Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A results‐oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Formal qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are highly regardedli> What's on Offer
