IT Service Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day management of our IT service management system, which underpins all technology service operations activities.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our ITSM system, supporting all technology service operations activities. This includes developing, installing, supporting, maintaining, and procuring our ITSM technology system (Cherwell and future Neurons by Ivanti).
About the Role
* Manage the ITSM system on a daily basis, ensuring all technology service operations activities run smoothly.
* Develop, install, support, maintain, and procure our ITSM technology system, including Cherwell and Neurons by Ivanti.
* Collaborate with team members on ongoing initiatives and contribute to the successful implementation and management of our Enterprise Service Management platform.
* Work closely with various Bureau groups to ensure seamless integration and cooperation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* At least 3 years of experience in ITSM system administration, support, and maintenance.
* Accreditation as a Cherwell/Neurons system administrator.
* Baseline security clearance and eligibility for Negative Vetting 1 clearance.
