We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide trusted advice and coaching to operational leaders and employees on all people processes and policies.
Job Description
In this position, you will respond tactically to day-to-day HR and employee relations issues, enabling the business to meet its strategic objectives. This opportunity allows for flexible working options with offices based in Brisbane and Sydney.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Deliver timely and tactical HR advice to managers and employees.
* Support HR strategy aligned with business goals.
* Assist with Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) matters and ensure compliance with workplace legislation.
* Coordinate HR administration, reporting, and workforce metrics.
* Act as a positive change agent and successfully manage cultural change initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related Business Management. They will also have 2–5 years' experience in a similar role within communications, infrastructure, utilities, or construction.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of Modern Awards, NES, and relevant workplace legislation, and experience with HR systems and reporting.
