- Salary: RN/M1 $74,831 to $102,103 p.a. (Pro-rata) + Superannuation + leave Loading & Salary Sacrifice
- Permanent Part time position - 0.63 FTE (Hours are negotiable, with the possibility of one or more positions being available)

The Role

Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for perioperative care? Port Lincoln Hospital is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic Pre‑admission and Outpatient Services team within the Operating Theatre environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred surgical care in a supportive and collaborative setting.

- Providing nursing care in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout.
- Continuously developing your knowledge and skills, progressing from novice to proficient practice through ongoing professional development and experience.
- Accepting accountability for your own standards of nursing care and for activities delegated to others, ensuring the highest quality of patient care at all times.
- Provide health promotion and education, to patients/clients or groups and carers to improve the health outcomes of individual.

About You

- You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practising certificate
- You will have effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family centred care.
