What You Will Do
* Perform scheduled maintenance on sterilizers, washer disinfectors and various hospital infection control equipment.
* Assist with installation and commissioning of new systems.
* Diagnose faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
* Respond to emergency service calls (rotating on‐call roster).
* Manage spare parts trunk stock and maintain accurate inventory.
* Provide top‐tier customer service and technical support.
What We're Looking For
* NSW A Grade Electrical License or current NSW Restricted Electrical License.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fault diagnosis and repair.
* Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Willingness to undergo Police Check, and Working with Children Check as part of the employment process.
* Willingness to travel to rural areas when required.
* Desire to branch out and learn new skills, including pneumatics and steam systems.
