We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with triaging incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or call center. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage a multi-line phone system, transferring calls and taking messages for our team of 120.
* Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with export documents.
* Utilize MS Excel for various administrative tasks, including data entry for payroll.
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
* Control building entry and manage visitor access.
* Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception or administration preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
