Clinical Hospital Pharmacist
We have a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to partner with an expert team in a dynamic hospital setting, delivering modern, patient-focused pharmacy services.
* Prepare Best Possible Medication History lists for hospital inpatients
* Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation
* Dispense and supply medication and products
* Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
This role requires strong attention to detail and time management skills. The ideal candidate must be fully registered as a pharmacist in Australia (AHPRA) or New Zealand (PCNZ). Previous dispensing/clinical experience in an Australian or New Zealand based hospital or community pharmacy is essential.
