Position : Residence Manager
Location : Northern Rivers, NSW
Remuneration : negotiable on experience + Super & Bonus Scheme
About the Role
The facility\'s General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high‑quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Responsibilities
* Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
* Oversight of both the clinical and hospitality teams
* Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
* Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
