Customer Service Ambassador
The Customer Service Ambassador is a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the appearance of our cafe.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons
* Maintain the appearance and presentation of the cafe environment
* Replenish condiments as needed, ensuring seamless operations
* Foster a culture of health and safety, adhering to guidelines
* Promote cash handling best practices and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
* Upsell centre services and programs to customers, enhancing their experience
* Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support
* Offer information on our product range, highlighting healthy food options
* Be flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with increased hours during peak periods
This role does not require food handling qualifications; experience making coffee is preferred. Kiosk sales and food preparation, such as toasties, sandwiches, and hot dogs for Ninja Parc birthday parties, are also involved.
Skills & Attributes
* Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and energetic work style
* Coffee making/barista skills are highly desirable
* Hold current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate
* Successfully complete national police check and Working with Children check
* Exhibit flexibility during peak periods and availability on Saturdays and Sundays
