What you'll be doing:
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
* Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals
* Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care
* Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
* Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physiotherapist in a private musculoskeletal clinic.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, tailored care
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and research
* Excellent client retention and word of mouth.
* Preferred but not required: Experience or interest in women's health — not essential for consideration.
