Support Professional
We are seeking casual Support Professionals to join our dynamic team.
* Our mission is to provide individual support and empowerment to clients to achieve their goals through skill development and meaningful engagement in activities of their choice.
* We use a strengths-based, person-centred approach when working with clients to promote independence and maximise choice and control.
* We also support the health and wellbeing of clients by attending medical appointments, administering medication/s, and undertaking other healthcare interventions as needed.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP) Employee and NDIS classification.
* A current National Schedule One Police check.
* A valid, full (unrestricted) Tasmanian Driver's License.
* Current comprehensive car insurance with commercial use.
* Ownership of a roadworthy, registered motor vehicle for work purposes.
* Adequate computer skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Access to a personal mobile phone and recent model smart device for accessing rosters and completing work-related documentation.
* The capacity to uphold essential qualifications and certifications.
