You’ll be joining a well-established and connected HR team with global resources and opportunities to grow your career in a progressive and innovative organization.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advise, coach, and guide managers on performance management, change management, and talent development, ensuring the completion of associated cyclical events.

* Support managers and employees through employee relations matters, including investigations and grievance processes.
* Provide managers and employees with guidance, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation.
* Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights to support business decisions.
What's in your toolkit
With 3-4 years as an HR generalist at an Advisor level, you will bring a good balance of compliance and commercial experience to support and guide our Operations Leaders to drive great outcomes for our people. We’re looking for an individual who has confidence in engaging, influencing, and motivating at multiple levels across the business, and who is curious to understand more about the business operations to create impact from an HR perspective. Previous experience with manufacturing or logistics is ideal, coupled with strong ER knowledge and union exposure.
