As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a standout Contractor Coordinator to support our dynamic winery maintenance team.
The Opportunity
Step into a key role as our Contractor Coordinator, managing and onboarding contractors to ensure safe, compliant and seamless maintenance across the winery—minimising disruption and maximising efficiency.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and onboard contractors, ensuring full compliance
* Manage inductions, risk assessments, permits and work records
* Schedule preventative maintenance and track completion
* Communicate planned works across the site
* Support emergency and reactive maintenance (including after‐hours when required)
What You'll Bring
You'll have 2+ years' experience in maintenance or contractor coordination, strong WHS knowledge and a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
You bring:
* Strong organisation and communication
* Ability to juggle multiple contractors
* Intermediate Office365 skills
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* A current driver's licence
