Overview
The Respiratory Research team is seeking aClinical Trials Administrative Officerto contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical trials and research projects.
The role provides essential administrative and research support to ensure the smooth operation of study activities and the successful achievement of research outcomes.
Responsibilities
Managing the scheduling of study visits.
Coordinating sample processing and shipping.
Tracking finances and contracts and assisting with study start-up activities.
Assisting with patient recruitment by supporting study coordinators.
Supporting the transition of trial documentation to digital systems.
Providing coordination for research events including conferences, workshops and seminars.
Communicating openly with colleagues, research collaborators and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Contributing to a collaborative environment that values high-quality research administration and project support.
Qualifications / Skills
Strong project and administrative skills, preferably in a clinical research setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, high computer literacy and a commitment to confidentiality and research standards.
