Full-time analyst role in Global Investment Banking & Capital Markets, supporting complex financial transactions and client solutions at Bank of America, Sydney.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining complex financial models.
* Performing various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences.
* Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
* Preparing presentations and other materials for clients.
* Participating in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members.
* Managing several projects simultaneously and working effectively both individually and as part of a team.
* Collaborating with bankers in specific industry, product, and country coverage groups.
* Helping deliver solutions to clients by leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilities.
* Developing and leveraging a global network, working with professionals across the business, including senior bankers and experts in other areas.
* Building relationships, knowledge, and experience to support future career opportunities.
About You
Candidates should be:
* Final year Undergraduate or Master's student with outstanding academic achievement.
* Demonstrated track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus.
* Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communication skills.
* Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus.
* Ability to learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and adapt to changing demands.

* Fluency in English is essential; appropriate Asian language skills are also essential.
