We specialise in delivering a system-driven, hotel-level guest experience across a growing portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties.
As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a hands-on and reliable Property Onboarding & Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of property setup, repairs, and onboarding delivery.
About the Role
This is a practical, field-based role responsible for ensuring new and existing properties are maintained, set up, and ready for operation.
You will work closely with operations, housekeeping, and external contractors to ensure every property meets our onboarding and quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and taking ownership of results, rather than desk-only tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and carry out minor property repairs and maintenance
* Manage new property onboarding, from handover inspection to ready-for-listing status
* Handle or coordinate furniture delivery, moving, and basic assembly
* Execute property setup and styling based on company guidelines
* Liaise with external contractors for specialised repairs when required
* Conduct property inspections and maintain clear issue lists, timelines, and follow-ups
* Ensure properties meet operational, safety, and quality standards before launch
About You
* Hands-on, reliable, and solutions-focused
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot issues before they become problems
* Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively
* Comfortable with basic tools, furniture assembly, and property-related tasks
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work independently
* Clear communicator with a team-oriented mindset
* Previous experience in property maintenance, onboarding, construction, or facilities coordination is highly regarded
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle is required
