**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the production, quality assurance and publishing of digital content - both independently and working with agencies.
- Create and maintain social media schedules to support the audience engagement objectives of our key categories.
- Implement A/B testing and personalised content.
- Maintain online communities, engage with followers and build brand advocacy for social media profiles.
- Monitor digital trends and conduct periodical research to identify new opportunities to engage with our target audiences.
- Support digital experience projects and design testing of customer touch points and digital products.
**Experience and Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or similar.
- Highly developed written communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital platforms such as DXP, CMS, CRM and DAM. Sitecore and Shopify experience a plus.
- Demonstrable skill in using project management tools (such as JIRA and Trello).
**Highly Advantageous**
- Experience in home building and/or design/architectural sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital design best practices.
- Experience managing the development of visual content such as photography, video, infographics, frontend animation.
- Previous digital design and copywriting experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
