The Titan Plant Hire Group is privately-owned and primarily hires earthmoving equipment to the mining, civil and road construction markets in WA & the NT.
Our head office team in Kwinana has a vacancy for a confident, experienced Administration Assistant. It is expected that this position will provide 100% coverage for the current Office Administrator.
Fulltime role 8am to 4pm Mon - Fri 38 hour week .
The position will include all aspects of running a small business office and provide essential support and information for Management.
This role will offer a variety of tasks including:
* Processing hire contracts, invoices and attending to customer queries;
* Debtor chase;
* Registering/updating PPSR records;
* Processing creditor invoices and attending to account queries;
* Processing and reconciling credit card receipts;
* Preparation of supplier payments;
* Assisting with set-up of new debtors/creditors;
* Procurement and ordering parts/consumables;
* Creating and receipting purchase orders;
* Organising transport and pick-up of parts;
* Processing weekly wages;
* Daily system bank reconciliations; and
* Archiving and any other administrative tasks as required.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with mostly Excel;
High end Accounts Receivable and Payable is a must;
Bank reconciliations
Knowledge in hire industry highly regarded.
The successful candidate will:
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
* Have a valid WA drivers licence;
* MUST Live locally (within 20km radius) ;
* Demonstrate a high level of common sense and attention to detail, be able to work unsupervised and also be extremely organised and motivated; and
* Be an Australian citizen/permanent resident.
