Job Title: Client Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client services team.
* Liaise with clients and coordinate meetings
* Manage outsource team - ROA's, SOA's and Compliance
* Produce Annual Review reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and grammar
* Accuracy when completing tasks
* Portfolio implementation – paperwork to third parties, managing external parties and ensuring service delivery
* Provide updates to stakeholders on service and client work in progress
* Prepare Financial Data Summaries and reporting for regulatory requirements
* Manage workflow and annual review processes
The ideal candidate will have prior experience using XPLAN and Microsoft suite of products, a solid understanding of the financial services industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently and be a team player, strong attention to detail.
