About Us:
MedHireHub is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care to our clients. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Italian-speaking Support Worker to assist our clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
* Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
* Assist with community access, shopping, and social outings.
* Communicate effectively with clients and their families in both Italian and English.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
* Experience in aged care, disability support, or community care (preferred).
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
* Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive.
