An expanding privately owned organisation is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to take ownership of its brand presence and marketing function. This is an opportunity to build and lead marketing in a growing business environment, working closely with senior leadership to shape brand positioning, strengthen market presence and support business growth. Role overview
You will lead the end-to-end marketing function, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels while executing and refining the organisation's marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
* Creating and managing digital and print content including websites, newsletters, internal communications and marketing collateral
* Managing social media channels and digital marketing activities
* Monitoring campaign and brand performance through reporting and analytics
* Supporting media engagement and marketing initiatives that strengthen external presence
* Ensuring all communications align with brand standards and organisational objectives
About You
You are a proactive and organised marketing professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and new opportunities emerge. You bring strong communication skills, creative thinking and the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messaging.
To be successful, you will have:
* Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience
* 2 years' experience in an industrial market, preferred but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
* Demonstrated experience with media relations and social media governance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar and storytelling ability
* The ability to translate complex data into clear reporting insights
* Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking
* The confidence to work with ambiguity and evolving priorities
* Experience managing design platforms, websites, and social media tools
* A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative and drive outcomes
