About the Role
You'll be the heartbeat of our workshop:
* Greet and support customers with professionalism and care.
* Manage bookings so technicians are never left waiting.
* Prepare accurate quotes and explain work in plain English.
* Keep customers informed with proactive updates (no surprises).
* Deliver jobs on time, with invoices accurate and complete.
You'll also work closely with our specialties in suspension, 4x4, and tyres — core parts of our business where we're known as a leader.
