* Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable
* Transferrable skills from Call Center, telemarketing or Customer Service industry
* A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* High level of customer service coupled with excellent all-round communication skills

* This is a 3 months contract

About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will handle inbound telephone calls while providing a strong and exceptional customer experience. This role supports a diverse range of customers across Australia who require support with their journey back to meaningful employment.
* Working in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contact
* Understanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelines
* Engage effectively with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters
* Relaying information to a diverse range of customers
* Undertaking administration tasks
