An exciting development opportunity has become available for a People and Culture Graduate to join the People and Culture team at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal.
This is a two-year Graduate Program (Fixed Term)

This role provides a fantastic foundation for a rewarding career in human resources, offering hands-on experience across a range of People and Culture functions.

About The Role
As a People and Culture Graduate, you will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and performance. You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of HR and be supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Our People and Capability Graduate Framework, offers a structured fixed term two-year development program for our successful candidate.

About You
The successful candidate will:

* Have recently completed, or be due to graduate in the coming months, with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and organisational skills.
* Have the ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust, and develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Display initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
