**The Client**
Our client is a specialist global industrial property group that operates in over 14 countries and is listed in the ASX. For a large corporation, they pride themselves in promoting a flexible work environment offering wellness programs, gym/yoga studios, supportive team culture as well as acknowledging and rewarding high performance.
We are currently actively recruiting for a Guest and Workplace Experience Concierge to join their team on a permanent basis.
**The Role**
As a successful Concierge, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for the head office premises.
- Act as company's 'Brand Ambassador' embodying their values and purpose.
- Meet and greet guests, ensuring sign in on arrival, making them feel welcome, and offering refreshments.
- Ensure guest spaces, lobby and meeting rooms are organised, tidy and prepared for meetings.
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager to co-ordinate required building maintenance and cleaning services.
- Liaise with the Coordinator, People and Culture to assist in the onboarding of new employees including starter packs and access pass.
**You**
As a successful Concierge, your will offer:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a Corporate Facilities/Concierge environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and employees.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong stakeholder management.
