About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to clients who wish to maintain their independence at home.
Your work will involve contributing to individual care planning, supporting clients with special needs, and ensuring their environment remains safe, comfortable, and responsive to their evolving needs.
What We're Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and at least 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience.

Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
Demonstrated experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
Demonstrated experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
