Join our client's team and manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 135 properties, with the support of dedicated leasing and field agents. • Managing a tidy 135 property portfolio within the Redlands area
• Property management duties inclusive of, but not limited to, organising repairs and maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals and entry and exit reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

• You have a passion for Property Management and Customer Service.
• Current QLD Registration Certificate.
• Current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Prior experience in Property Me
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem-solving.
• Pride themselves on quality and timely service delivery.
• Previous experience as a Senior end-to-end Property Manager
