Reporting directly to the Department Head, this role is ideal for a motivated and experienced Leasing Manager ready to take ownership of their portfolio function while supporting a busy team of Senior Property Managers.

The Role:
* Support both Property Management & Business Development teams
* Conduct inspections, manage rent increases, and prepare lease agreements
* Schedule & attend open homes
* Respond to enquiries and process tenant applications
* Ensure properties are immaculate and ready for tenants
About You:
* Previous Leasing Consultant experience is essential
* Energetic, driven, and passionate about real estate
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment
* Outstanding communicator with strong people skills
* Adaptable and always up for a challenge
