Job Summary:
The role of Business Process Integration Specialist will focus on developing a robust bridge between Network Operations Centres (NOCs) for two major telecommunications providers. This integration aims to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the two NOCs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the implementation of an assurance bridge to ensure smooth integration between the NOCs.
- Coordinate and document the fusion of service management processes between ServiceNow and other platforms.
- Apply ITIL frameworks to align business processes across both organizations, conducting thorough system evaluations as needed.
- Develop cost-effective solution options beyond standard choices, particularly for wholesale partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business analysis or ITSM environments, including ITIL certifications.
- Experience in the telecommunication industry, preferably with knowledge of Network Operations Centres (NOCs).
