City Venue Management (CVM) operates 40+ Aquatic Centres and Swim Schools across QLD, including right here in your region.
We're offering School-Based Traineeships for Grade 10 and 11 students (15+ years old), giving them hands-on, paid experience in the Aquatic Industry while completing a Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics & Recreation, all while still at school!
CVM Traineeship highlights:
1. Duration: 12–18 months
2. Paid on-the-job experience: 1 x 8-hour shift/week
3. Industry qualifications: CPR, First Aid & Swim Teaching
(Pool Lifeguard optional after completing the first three qualifications)
4. QCE Points: Earn up to 6 points
5. Partners: Ampd Academy & BUSY At Work
