Wisely Group Mackay is breaking new ground, due to significant business growth, we are requiring additional support for our Finance Department. .
TheFinance Officer will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for performing finance duties for the Wisely Group. In this role you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely processing and reporting of various financial functions. You will also have growth opportunities to assist and work in all areas within the Finance department. This would be an ideal position for someone looking to further their career in finance.
Core Accountabilities of the role include assisting with:
* Payroll end to end processing of weekly timesheets.
* Accounts Payable processing including reconciliations.
* Accounts receivable
Requirements of the role:
* 2-3 years working in a similar role with experience in payroll and accounts receivable.
* A good "team building" attitude
* Sound knowledge of Accounting systems
* High level of competency with Microsoft excel.
* Sound level of competency with other Microsoft suite of software programs
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise.
* Problem solving skills.
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
* Ability to work under time pressure.
