Our client is a hydraulic services contractor delivering complex projects across health, transport, data centre, and commercial sectors.
This is a great opportunity for a licensed plumber with proven management experience to lead high-value hydraulic packages valued between $10M and $30M, with a clear pathway into Construction or Operations Management.
The Role Manage hydraulic packages on large-scale projects including hospitals, metro stations, and data centres.
Oversee site labour, subcontractors, and daily project delivery to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met.
Handle project financials including claims, variations, forecasting, and progress reporting.
Coordinate procurement and ordering of materials in line with project schedules.
Report upstream to senior management on project performance and deliverables.
Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients to deliver innovative hydraulic solutions.
About You Licensed Plumber with 5–10 years' experience in commercial/industrial hydraulic systems.
Proven experience managing major hydraulic or building services projects.
Strong understanding of design, installation, and commissioning phases.
Proficient in Aconex, Procore, and other construction management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate teams and build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ambitious and ready to step into a broader Construction or Operations Management role.
