Information Technology Services delivers IT facilities and support to ASIC, driving major projects in virtualization, mobility, and cloud transformation. Your team manages the OneASIC platform, integrating ASIC-CRM and the Regulatory Portal for the regulatory business.
The role
Responsibilities
As a Junior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that empower ASIC's business teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving transformation: Guide the business in harnessing the full potential of the OneASIC platform to meet their evolving needs.
Strategic collaboration: Engage in discovery, planning, and requirements analysis while maintaining functional documentation.
Blueprinting success: Define high-level business requirements, process specifications, interface mapping, and non-functional needs.
Storytelling through data: Craft compelling user stories and manage the product backlog, working closely with product owners and application teams.
Bringing ideas to life: Support development, testing, training, and implementation efforts to ensure seamless adoption.
Problem-solving expert: Assist BAU support teams with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and effective issue resolution.
Stakeholder engagement: Solve business challenges and manage expectations with proactive communication and innovative thinking.

About You
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in complex enterprise environments
Proficient in MS Dynamics 365, including high-level configuration and customization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Skilled in resolving stakeholder queries with analytical problem-solving
Support team members in evaluating technical solutions
Self-motivated and accountable, able to work independently
