About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our maintenance team, delivering projects that meet customer timelines and budgets.
This role reports to the Service Delivery Director and involves people management responsibilities.
A Day in Your Role:
* Provide employee-focused leadership and drive a high-performing culture through team motivation and development.
* Responsible for project planning, budget management, risk management, issue management, personnel management, client management, commercial issue management, and testing management.
* Ensure long-term customer success across assigned customers and manage relationships between the project team and the customer.
* Collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding service and outcomes for customers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in our methodology.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing solution implementation into a business for a software vendor or consulting firm.
* Strong project management skills in formal methodologies and processes.
* Consulting skills with excellent understanding of the end-to-end consulting process.
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
