Service Desk Technician and Process Administrator Roles
We are seeking two individuals to join our team as Service Desk Technicians and Process Administrators. These roles involve working directly with customers to resolve technical issues and supporting day-to-day operations.
As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users needing technical support. You will help resolve common IT issues like password resets, system access, and basic troubleshooting. You will provide professional, customer-focused service over phone, email, or chat, logging and escalating tickets as needed while following structured processes.

As a Process Administrator, you will support day-to-day operations by keeping systems, records, and tasks organized and up to date. This role involves working across different teams to help ensure key activities are tracked, information is accurate, and deadlines are met.
