The opportunity
We are seeking experienced and motivated Facility Managers who are open to relocating from major cities to take on leadership of residential aged care homes across regional NSW, VIC and QLD.
As the senior onsite leader, you will champion safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while cultivating a positive, engaged and high‑performing team. Supported by an experienced Executive and Regional Leadership network, your responsibilities include:
* Purpose-led, people-first leadership: Fostering a culture of respect, inclusion and collaboration, empowering staff to deliver meaningful resident experiences.
* Operational and commercial accountability: Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, workforce planning, financial performance and service delivery in a regulated aged care environment.
* Quality, safety and governance leadership: Embedding accreditation standards, strengthening risk management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that uplift care outcomes.
* Change leadership and performance uplift: Translating strategy into clear, practical actions that support transformation and measurable performance improvements.
* Community and stakeholder engagement: Building trusted relationships with residents, families, health partners, regulators and the broader community to support reputation and occupancy.

About you
You are an influential and grounded leader who brings:
* AHPRA registration (RN) or significant facility management experience in aged care, health, disability or other customer‑centred environments.
* Proven capability in leading diverse teams, driving performance, managing complex workforce issues and building strong staff engagement.
* Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets, workforce costs and regulatory compliance.
* A deep understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation frameworks, quality systems and risk management.
* High emotional intelligence, empathy and professionalism, with excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
