Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leadership experience preferably in the housekeeping services industry
* Ability to assign tasks, establish standards, train staff, and manage performance
* Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other departments
* Rostering experience, inventory management, and record-keeping
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a physically challenging environment
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment including infection control standards
