Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store
* Monitor and ensure high levels of customer service
* Develop, train, and motivate the team to increase productivity
* Drive sales growth and meet targets
* Develop strategies and processes for continuous improvement
* Promote local marketing and networking efforts to boost sales
