The Presenter Services Manager overseas all the Venue Operations with a focus on patrons and clients/artists. They are responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Front of House Operations, Café, and Venue Bookings.
We are seeking a highly organised person with an ability to identify opportunities and contribute to the overall planning and management of the venue operations. You will oversee the delivery of an exceptional experience for our audiences, visiting artists, and touring parties.
You have creative flair and are a strategic thinker with excellent project/event management skills. You must have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - you love to make events/ performances happen
