Case Management Consultant (Contact Centre)

Are you a solutions-focused, customer service superstar looking for a pathway with a National organisation? We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who would be keen to join a passionate and empathetic team working with customers experiencing hardship.
Full time hours rostered across Mon-Sat | 8am-9pm
Significant training, support & development opportunities
Southern Adelaide Location

YOU | Bring your experience and passion for facilitating customer solutions to this great, versatile opportunity to work with one of Australia’s largest banking groups. Your compassion, empathetic nature and experience providing great service to customers, will see you helping customers in highly sensitive situations. Ideally you will also bring:
High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, adaptable to change.
Empathetic nature and a genuine passion for helping others
Strong commitment to providing an exemplary customer service experience
Contact centre experience or similar phone environment (desirable, but not essential)

THE ROLE | You will deliver an exceptional customer experience to assist in the delivery of solutions to customers experiencing hardship and in sensitive personal situations.
