About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Analyst to provide Level 2 technical support across our network, ensuring reliable service delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
* Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve incidents via the ITSM tool.
* Maintain and support IT hardware and devices, including PCs, printers, and network equipment.
* Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and technical support.
* Manage equipment inventory, replacements, and procurement processes.
* Document technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
2. Hardware Maintenance: Maintain and support IT hardware and devices, including PCs, printers, and network equipment.
3. Cloud Administration: Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and technical support.
4. Equipment Management: Manage equipment inventory, replacements, and procurement processes.
5. Documentation: Document technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a positive user experience.
