Process Management of QA processCarry out fit process in line with business requirement on both live model and mannequinsUpkeep status of styles on company PLM system on your specific tasksEnsure all communication between Sydney and offshore offices is aligned in format and is accurate, clear, and timely.Seamless integration of all new partners with no compromise on qualityWork with Buying & Design and the suppliers to achieve Critical Path deadlines.Log quality issues and escalate appropriately2. Quality and Standards ManagementRestate the requirements for Garment Performance and constructionOn-going Implementation of improvements to construction/performance.Follow the Brands QA/QC Standards Manuals for Garments & Grading Standards Manual to ensure factories are grading in line with Retail Brands requirements.Bench marking against international Brands with similar core values / Standards to APG & Co3. Ensure Garment/Accessories standards are achievedReview Test reports and ensure all testings fall within the Company standards and assign care instructionsBe aware of changes in labelling standards in line with government regulations.Work with Design & Quality Manager to improve garments while reducing costs.4. Social ResponsibilityBe aware of new technologies and their effect on the environment5. Store visits and reviewsAttend stores regularly to see product and hear feedback firsthand.Establish effective methods of collecting customer/staff feedback at store level to enable improvements of the QA process.6.
