With a flagship brand that has a rich local history and a suite of products that are iconic as the brand itself, this business presents an exciting opportunity to a growth-oriented candidate who is ready to get their teeth into a challenge.
The Role
As Marketing & eCommerce Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce operations and growth across the company's three brands, as well as brand strategy and innovation over the flagship brand under the company's umbrella.
You will report to the board and oversee a small team that will support the execution of delivering all marketing objectives.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will bring a proven track record of delivery within the following areas:
* Leadership of brand, eCommerce, product, and marketing teams
* Omni-channel marketing strategy spanning both paid and content
* Direct to consumer background ideally in a large well-known brand
* Commercial strategy delivery; accountability to a board
This role will be based in Sydney, although it will work mainly remote with occasional travel interstate.
