Job Summary:
The Planning and Reporting Engineer plays a key role in the effective operation and maintenance of wind farm assets. This includes planning, scheduling, and reporting on various activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain schedules for operation and maintenance activities
* Coordinate tasks with frontline operational teams and stakeholders
* Prepare work packs for scheduled, reactive, and compliance work orders
* Participate in planning meetings and conduct regular resource optimization reviews
* Track progress of CMMS work orders and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting
* Identify scheduling risks and report to the Site Service Manager
* Assist in standardizing work processes across the Service Department
* Collaborate with site personnel to identify continuous improvement initiatives
* Support the Quality Department with analysis of O&M data and audits
* Assist the HSEQ Department with scheduling and planning of HSEQ and compliance tasks
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in planning or reporting role within the renewable energy, power, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries
* Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification and/or tertiary degree in Engineering or related field
* Proven experience in project controls, information management systems, and maintenance planning
* Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Ellipse, Maximo) and project management tools (MS Project)
* Strong skills in schedule management, data analysis, and reporting using Excel, SQL, or Python
* Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
